We were delighted when Dormobile asked us to create an ecommerce Website to get their parts store online.
Pioneers and innovators of camper van conversions since the 1950’s, they wanted an easy and convenient way for customers to purchase original parts via the Website, having previously taken orders over the phone from downloaded parts lists.
We built a bespoke ecommerce store using Wordpress. This allows Dormobile staff to manage products and assign items to be added to basket or enquiry only if they need customisation or are vehicle specific. This flexibility works well with Dormobile’s Conversion service and provides a platform for customer interaction and guidance.
Since going live, Dormobile experienced immediate sales and enquiries and quickly moved towards a complete return on investment.
